Free courier service is provided only once per order.
If the parcel is returned due to incorrect address, unavailability, or refusal to accept delivery, reshipping charges must be paid by the customer.
Any courier-related damage or issues must be reported within 24 hours of receiving the order.
Goods once sold cannot be returned.
Orders cannot be cancelled once placed.
No refund will be issued without prior approval from Burma Trader management.
